How to Book?

Fill out our Book a Party form. Please allow 24hrs for a response ~We will also send a response if we are unavailable. If you send us a message Friday – Sunday, we will respond by Monday.

If we are available, we will respond with an Event Proposal where you will be able to; view the proposed services, confirm the payment schedule, sign the contract, and make your first payment

After Your initial payment is made, we will work together to organise your event!

We will arrive 1-2hrs before your event for Setup. Pick up is as soon as your rental time ends, we require 45min after your event for Breakdown.

What areas do you service?We service all of Sydney, the Illawarra region, and nearby suburbs! Whether you're in the heart of the city or in the surrounding areas, we've got you covered.

Can you set up the equipment outdoors?Yes, we can set up the equipment outdoors! Here are a few things to consider: 1. We need a flat, even space for safe setup. 2. If it's a public location like a park, you'll need a council permit. 3. In case of rain, we can't set up outside, even with a tent. But don't worry, we'll help reconfigure the play area indoors to keep the fun going.

How long can we hire the equipment for?You can hire our equipment for 5 hours, giving you ample time to enjoy your event. If you need more time, just let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Are you insured?Yes! We have a full $20 million public liability insurance. We are able to set up in different locations and venues. If you need a copy of our insurance certificate, please let us know, and we will provide it promptly.

Do we need to pay a bond?Yes, a refundable bond is required. It will be refunded within 48 hours after the event, once we inspect the equipment to ensure everything is in order.

What are the play area rules?To ensure a safe and fun experience for everyone, please follow these play area rules: - **Age Limit**: Recommended for children aged 6 and under. - **No Shoes**: Remove shoes before entering the play area, including high heels and studded sports shoes. - **Socks**: Not required but recommended for cleanliness. - **No Hazardous Items**: Items like face paint, glitter, slime, body gems, or sharp objects are not allowed. - **No Food or Drinks**: To maintain cleanliness, no food or drink is allowed in the play area. - **Adult Supervision**: Required at all times to ensure safety and adherence to the rules.
